What is our general Return Policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition.
  • If the packaging is significantly damaged, please use a box of similar size to protect the item.
  • If the item was delivered unassembled, it should be returned unassembled.

Please note:

  • Outbound shipping charges collected on the original order will not be refunded. This includes:
  • The standard $5.99 shipping charge.
  • Any upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, etc.).

Will I have to pay for Return Shipping fees?

Yes, applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method.

Additionally:

  • Delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the original order will not be refunded.
  • If an order is returned due to delivery refusal, the appropriate return costs will be charged and deducted from your refund.

What if my item arrives damaged or is missing parts or receive the wrong item?

If your item arrives damaged, is missing parts, or you received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For a smooth resolution:

  • Report the issue within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of any damage or missing parts.
  • Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.

We’ll provide options for replacement, refund, or other solutions depending on the situation.

How are Refunds Processed?

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

What does our Warranty Cover?

We provide a 1-year limited warranty on the following products:

  • Chandeliers
  • LED panel lights
  • Wall lamps

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising from normal use.

Please note that warranty coverage is not available for the following items:

  • Toys
  • Gloves
  • Drywall bits
  • Other home decoration products
